Shipping Method
We deliver to our customers from Japan via international mail.
Shipping method: EMS (EMS shipping charge), DHL (with additional DHL ticket)

Please note that if you place an order from an area where we cannot ship, we may contact you by e-mail and cancel your order. Orders from Japan are also subject to cancellation. For orders from Japan, please visit the official Japan website.

Delivery days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders will be shipped within 2-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. We are closed for shipping and delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays of the Japanese calendar.

Based on Japan Post and DHL regulations.
Varies depending on weight, size, and shipping area.

If you wish to ship via DHL, please purchase an additional DHL ticket as well.

If the purchased product is too light, the shipping cost will be more expensive, so it is recommended to buy a product weight of at least 1000g
